Kelly Pfeiffer, a registered nurse, comes from a nursing family.  His mother, Jan  Pfeiffer (also an RN) owns a home care company in Hobbs, New Mexico.  Kelly and Missy (a flight RN) dreamed of owning a traveling nurse company that catered to people like themselves; hardworking, skilled, and dedicated professionals wanting variety and challenge in their assignments.  Urgent Medical Staffing was born from that dream.
